Sales Manager – Remote (Medical Products)

About the role

Progressive Medical, Inc. is seeking a full‑time, remote Sales Manager to lead sales activities for its specialty medical product portfolio. The manager will coach a team of sales representatives, drive revenue growth, and strengthen relationships with clinicians and healthcare decision‑makers across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor sales representatives, set clear targets and monitor performance.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans, analyze sales data and produce accurate forecasts.
• Present product solutions to clinicians, negotiate pricing and contracts within company guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical services and operations to support strategic initiatives.
• Participate in training sessions and attend virtual or occasional in‑person customer meetings and industry events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant healthcare regulations.

Required profile

• Proven sales leadership experience with coaching and performance‑management responsibilities.
• Successful B2B or healthcare sales track record, including prospecting, relationship building and closing.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret metrics, forecast revenue and devise data‑driven strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging clinicians and administrators.
• Experience working remotely with effective time‑management and proficiency in CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits, team meetings and industry events.
