Senior Full Stack Developer – Tech Lead Path – Fully Remote

About the role

We are a dynamic tech company looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who will quickly evolve into a Tech Lead. You will start by delivering high‑impact features for our logistics platform and, within three months, take ownership of architecture, mentoring, and technical direction.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable software solutions for complex logistics workflows.
• Document architecture decisions with clear trade‑off analysis.
• Collaborate with product managers to shape requirements and priorities.
• Work closely with QA to ensure release quality.
• Maintain and optimise existing systems for performance and scalability.
• Transition to tech leadership: own technical roadmaps, mentor developers, set engineering standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven full‑stack development experience.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Strong problem‑solving and algorithmic thinking.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• NestJS
• GraphQL
• ReactJS
• AWS, GCP or Azure (at least one major cloud provider)
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Monitoring tools
• React Native (strong plus)
• Familiarity with optimisation and routing algorithms (bonus)
