Senior Manager, Investigations Operations

About the role

The Senior Manager, Investigations Operations provides leadership and guidance to multiple functions that conduct investigations across the Partnership. This remote role focuses on improving investigation processes, ensuring high‑quality outcomes, and building investigator capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain streamlined investigation tools and protocols for all investigators, including Integrated Investigations, cybersecurity, Fleet, and VisionFund teams.
• Provide matrix leadership for 7 Regional Investigative Specialists, overseeing triage, assignment, monitoring, and reporting of incidents.
• Ensure consistent training and adherence to operational guidelines for all investigators.
• Monitor intake and triage phases, identify improvement opportunities, and lead complex investigations as needed.
• Manage the Workplace Investigations Training Programme (WITP) and Knowledge Check enrolments in English, Spanish, and French.
• Maintain the Investigations Dashboard and SharePoint site, ensuring accurate and accessible information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or related higher education.
• Professional training or internationally recognized certification in fraud or workplace investigations.
• 8‑10 years of experience leading internal workplace investigations in a large international NGO.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships in a dispersed, virtual, international environment.

Required skills

• Experience developing and delivering investigator training programmes.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for a broad international audience.
• Strong investigative skills, including leading investigations when required.
