Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Wave is on a mission to make Africa the first cashless continent. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to shape and execute our marketing strategy in Senegal, turning marketing activities into measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of Marketing in Senegal to plan, launch, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns.
• Develop clear project briefs and documentation to guide cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with Brand, Design, and Creative teams to produce assets that support growth and brand awareness.
• Build and refine the marketing funnel, lead scoring, and attribution models.
• Analyse data, create dashboards, and provide strategic recommendations to improve performance.
• Report on user personas, market benchmarks, and insights specific to Senegal.

Required profile

• Proven track record of defining and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Strategic thinker with a data‑driven mindset and passion for ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns.
• Hands‑on leader who can work at both strategic and execution levels.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Authorized to work in Senegal.
