Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Wave is building the first cashless continent in Africa and needs a senior marketing leader to turn marketing into a measurable growth engine. You will work hand‑in‑hand with the Head of Marketing in Senegal to design, launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that drive user acquisition and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor ATL, BTL and digital campaigns across the region.
• Create clear project briefs and documentation to guide cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with Brand, Design and creative teams to produce assets aligned with growth and brand objectives.
• Build and refine the marketing funnel, lead scoring models and attribution frameworks.
• Analyse data, set KPIs, build dashboards and report insights to senior leadership.
• Provide market analysis, user persona insights and benchmark reporting specific to Senegal.

Required profile

• Proven track record of defining and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Strategic thinker with a data‑driven mindset.
• Hands‑on leader comfortable working at both strategic and execution levels.
• Fluent in French and English.
