Senior Regional Sales Manager – IVD (Francophone West Africa)

About the role

DYMIND is seeking a senior‑level Regional Sales Manager to lead the expansion of its In‑Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) hematology portfolio across Francophone West Africa. The successful candidate will be based in Senegal or Côte d’Ivoire (with remote options for Cameroon) and will drive market penetration, build strategic partnerships, and ensure the achievement of sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new regional markets, promoting DYMIND’s IVD hematology products to distributors, healthcare providers and end‑users.
• Lead, coach and support regional agents and distributors to meet sales objectives.
• Collect and analyse market intelligence, including competitor activity, pricing trends and customer feedback.
• Represent DYMIND at international exhibitions and conferences.
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Assess local customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders, reference laboratories and industry influencers.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for product launches, promotions and market expansion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the IVD industry, with a proven record in business development, especially in hematology diagnostics.
• Deep knowledge of the IVD market in Francophone West Africa, including key players, regulations and trends.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective sales strategies.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with distributors and healthcare stakeholders.
