Service Support – Caddie/Food Runner

About the role

Join Topgolf as a Service Support team member, delivering food, drinks and friendly service to players at the bays. You’ll be the face of the venue, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, fun experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet players with a smile and friendly energy.
• Deliver food and beverages to bays quickly and accurately.
• Assist in preparing non‑alcoholic drinks and keep service areas stocked.
• Bus bays and tables, maintain cleanliness, and fold napkins to Topgolf standards.
• Support teammates in other areas as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and willingness to keep the environment upbeat.
• Team‑oriented mindset – “teamwork makes the dream work.”
• Strong focus on creating an excellent player experience.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy periods.
• Hospitality or entertainment experience is a plus, not mandatory.
