About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to boost our brand’s digital presence. You will craft compelling stories, produce multimedia assets, and engage our online community across all platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
• Film, photograph, and edit high‑quality videos and images using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Create engaging reels, TikToks, and static posts for various social channels.
• Monitor comments and direct messages, fostering active community interaction.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and deliver monthly analytical reports.
• Stay current with platform algorithms, trends, and viral audio to keep content fresh.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role, with a strong portfolio.
• Reliable power supply (inverter, generator, or solar) and stable high‑speed internet.
• High‑functioning laptop capable of running editing software smoothly.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong storytelling ability, and solid time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile/desktop video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Canva.
• Graphic design capabilities using Canva or similar platforms.
