About the role

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Support to the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost.” The programme aims to strengthen cooperation between Africa and the European Union in the space sector, supporting policy dialogue, institutional partnerships, knowledge exchange, innovation, private sector engagement and investment, while contributing to stronger and more sustainable African space ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Mobilise stakeholders across the Africa‑EU space ecosystem.
• Organise and manage institutional events.
• Coordinate innovation competitions and challenges.
• Lead outreach activities to promote the programme.
• Facilitate B2B and B2G matchmaking initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in communication, international relations, event management, social sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in stakeholder engagement, event organisation, institutional communication or ecosystem mobilisation.
• At least 1 year experience supporting institutional events, stakeholder outreach, innovation competitions, challenges or B2B/B2G matchmaking, including stakeholder mapping and engagement records.
