About the role
We are seeking a Subsea Operations Superintendent to lead and coordinate subsea installation and construction activities on offshore oil and gas projects. The role combines technical oversight, team leadership, and safety management to ensure efficient and safe execution of subsea operations.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and supervise subsea installation, drilling, completions and maintenance activities across multiple projects.
- Manage offshore representatives on OIMR vessels, organize meetings and reporting for effective supervision.
- Ensure all subsea equipment and well‑control systems are maintained, calibrated and compliant with certification standards.
- Prepare job packs, budgets and documentation for surveys, modifications and project execution.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols, participate in risk assessments and emergency response planning.
- Coordinate with rig managers, subsea managers and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marine biology or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of offshore subsea experience, including at least 5 years aboard an OIMR vessel.
- Proven leadership and communication abilities.
- Valid driver’s license, BOSIET certification and reliable transportation.
- Age between 35 and 40 years.
Required skills
- Proficiency with subsea operations software and related equipment.
- Experience handling well control equipment and maintenance scheduling.
