Supply Chain Manager (m/f)

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager will lead the end‑to‑end supply chain project, ensuring that purchasing and logistics teams operate with high standards of quality, cost efficiency and availability while supporting construction and mining projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define and oversee the supply chain project, aligning purchasing and logistics activities with project goals.
• Coordinate with planning, technical, financial and production departments to forecast needs, manage contracts, and control purchasing, export, transport, import, receipt and inventory processes.
• Plan and monitor interactions with internal teams, suppliers and service providers to minimise risks and meet deadlines.
• Ensure all supply chain processes comply with company policies and methodologies.

Required profile

• Technical or higher education in Management, Procurement or Logistics.
• Experience in mining or construction projects (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics and financial indicators.
• Proficiency in French and English.
• Leadership, results orientation and strong analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• SAP proficiency.
