Support Specialist – Voice Support Agent

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Voice Support Agent to join our team. In this role you will handle inbound and outbound communications, process applications from new couriers, and contribute to lead‑generation projects while embodying our "grow together" and "go tech" values.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and accurate manner.
• Make outbound and proactive calls to customers and partners.
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
• Gather customer feedback and relay it to product, sales, and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• A passion for helping people and excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Good problem‑solving and conflict‑management capabilities.
