Warehouse Supervisor – BDK Store

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the BDK store operations in Senegal. The role ensures efficient stock movements, supports sales and service teams, and maintains a lean, 5S‑compliant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of material handlers, handling evaluation and training.
• Oversee inbound and outbound processes to guarantee accuracy.
• Organise physical inventories and analyse stock variances.
• Implement and monitor 5S standards and support related audits.
• Maintain safety standards for employees and external parties in the warehouse and yard.
• Resolve inbound/outbound issues promptly and contribute to continuous supply‑chain improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience supervising warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to manage inventory and analyse data.
• Strong time‑management and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Data analysis capabilities.
