Work-from-Home Customer Support – French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve technical or order-related issues through chat, email and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email and calls.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to troubleshoot technical problems and order issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support system.
• Share customer feedback to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Reliable home office setup: laptop/desktop with i5 processor or better, high-speed internet (≥25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with support tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk or Shopify.
• Familiarity with CRM and e‑commerce platforms.
