About the role
The Business Document Analyst will work remotely, collaborating directly with AI systems to execute sophisticated business tasks using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. You will evaluate AI‑generated deliverables across finance, strategy, marketing, and operations, ensuring they meet Fortune‑500 quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with AI tools to produce and refine business documents in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Evaluate, critique, and provide structured feedback on AI‑generated outputs covering finance, strategy, marketing, and operations.
- Design and test realistic business scenarios that mirror professional workflows such as analysis, presentations, reporting, and proposals.
- Review AI outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and adherence to high‑quality standards.
- Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to cross‑functional teams to drive continuous AI improvement.
- Annotate, document, and escalate recurring issues to ensure AI systems consistently meet business user needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
