About the role
The Operations Support Officer will provide cross‑departmental operational assistance to ensure smooth workflow and high‑quality service delivery. This role works closely with sales, customer service and technical teams to monitor daily activities, resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Provide operational support across departments to maintain efficient workflow.
- Monitor and report on daily operational activities, identifying improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales, customer service and technical teams to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, stock levels and operational documentation.
- Support vendor and partner communications to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and quality standards.
- Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, preferably within telecom or technology industries.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Analytical thinker with a proactive, customer‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
