Systems Support Analyst – IT Infrastructure & Cloud

About the role

Valiantys is seeking a proactive Systems Support Analyst to join its Enterprise Technology & Innovation team. You will help maintain and improve the company’s IT infrastructure, cloud services, workplace technologies, and business applications, ensuring a secure and reliable environment for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and workplace technologies.
• Manage user access, identity services, and device administration.
• Assist with infrastructure projects, office technology roll‑outs, and workplace initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders on continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure operations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills across hardware, software, and networking environments.
• Excellent communication and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 environment support and user lifecycle management.
• Identity and access management concepts, including SSO and authentication services.
• Endpoint management and device administration (e.g., Microsoft Intune).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Fundamental networking knowledge and security best practices.
