Accounts Receivable Accountant

About the role

The Accounts Receivable Accountant will manage all incoming payments, ensure they are accurately recorded in the ERP system and maintain up‑to‑date financial records. This position supports cash‑flow management by collecting receivables promptly and reducing outstanding balances.

Key responsibilities

• Process and post incoming payments in the accounting system.
• Track and reconcile customer accounts daily.
• Monitor overdue balances and follow up with customers to secure timely payment.
• Prepare regular reports on receivables status and cash‑flow impact.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to resolve billing issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
