About the role

The television station in Dakar is seeking commercial agents to join its sales department. In this role you will be responsible for generating revenue by securing advertising slots, sponsorships and partnership agreements for the channel.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential advertisers and sponsors.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing for advertising and sponsorship packages.
• Maintain relationships with existing partners to ensure renewal and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with the programming and marketing teams to align sales offers with broadcast content.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and performance reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a television environment.
• Background in a commercial or sales department of a company.
• Proven experience in researching and securing sponsors and partners.
