Distribution Associate Manager

About the role

The Distribution Associate Manager supports the Distribution Manager in executing and monitoring distribution strategies across assigned territories. This role ensures product availability, coordinates with distributors, and drives market penetration for Sika Sénégal’s construction and industrial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement distribution plans and coordinate daily activities with distributors.
• Maintain consistent product availability in the market.
• Monitor field execution and ensure commercial actions are deployed correctly.
• Track KPIs such as volume, coverage, and sell‑out performance.
• Support reporting activities and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners.
• Enhance network efficiency and contribute to market growth in Senegal and the sub‑region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, distribution or channel management, preferably in construction or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of distribution networks, dealer management and route‑to‑market strategies.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Result‑oriented, proactive and capable of executing in a dynamic environment.
