French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for French‑language customers, providing assistance via voice, live chat and email while delivering friendly, timely solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier support in French and English through inbound calls, live chat and email.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver effective resolutions with a customer‑first mindset.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
