Bilingual French/English Customer Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French and English speaker to join our fully remote customer support team. In this non‑voice position you will handle customer inquiries through chat and email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every user.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional assistance via chat and email in both French and English.
• Help customers with orders, inquiries, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain precise records.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent, high‑quality support.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk.
• Familiarity with Gorgias.
• Knowledge of Shopify.
