Landscape Manager – Lead/Foreman

About the role

TradeCorp is looking for an experienced Landscape Manager to lead daily landscape maintenance, irrigation, and design‑construction projects on‑site in Saint‑Louis. This full‑time position serves as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and the internal team, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of landscape maintenance and irrigation system operations.
• Plan, schedule, and execute landscape design and construction projects.
• Manage and mentor a crew of landscapers, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors to address project requirements and resolve issues.
• Track budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance and management.
• Strong background with irrigation system installation, repair, and upkeep.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
• Knowledge of safety protocols in landscaping and construction.
• Degree or certification in landscape design, horticulture, or a related field is preferred.
