Part-time Marketing Growth Partner (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Growth Business Partner to help amplify Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform. Working remotely and on a flexible schedule, you will use your network in the hiring and HR space to generate interest, educate prospects, and drive adoption of our premium features.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo to your professional network and relevant communities.
• Share the benefits of our AI interview solution and how it reduces screening time.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for interested companies, guiding them through the platform.
• Provide real‑time market feedback to improve product and partner programs.
• Operate independently and earn commissions based on revenue generated.

Required profile

• Content creators, community builders, HR influencers or marketing professionals with an audience in business, HR or recruitment.
• Strong storytelling and communication abilities.
• Self‑driven, creative and growth‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience in content creation, community management or HR/recruitment marketing.
