About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist customers from French‑speaking regions via phone and live chat. The role focuses on delivering empathetic, clear, and efficient assistance in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment.

Key responsibilities

Required profile
