About the role
Quidax is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue for its B2B crypto and fintech product suite across Africa and beyond. You will work closely with the Head of Sales to build pipelines, close strategic deals, and expand institutional relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of 300+ qualified institutional and business leads.
- Run product demos and commercial conversations with potential partners and clients.
- Move deals from initial discussion through onboarding and activation.
- Close multiple deals across Quidax’s API, OTC, and other institutional products.
- Develop repeatable prospecting and qualification processes.
- Establish long‑term relationships with fintechs, trading firms, corporates, and high‑volume merchants.
- Provide market insights to improve sales positioning and go‑to‑market strategy.
- Identify new growth opportunities for Quidax’s institutional offerings.
Required profile
- 6+ years of B2B sales, business development or partnership experience (minimum 3 years core sales experience considered).
- Proven track record selling financial products, fintech infrastructure, trading solutions, APIs or payment rails.
- Strong ability to build pipelines, run commercial conversations and close deals.
- Comfortable engaging senior decision‑makers such as founders, treasury leads and finance teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results.
