Systems Support Analyst

About the role

Valiantys is seeking a proactive Systems Support Analyst to join its Enterprise Technology & Innovation team. You will help maintain and improve the company’s IT infrastructure, cloud services, workplace technologies, and business applications while ensuring a secure and reliable employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support and enhance IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, workplace technologies, and business applications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to provide a dependable end‑user experience.
• Manage user access, identity services, and device administration.
• Assist with infrastructure projects, office technology deployments, and workplace initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders on IT projects and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure operations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 environment support and user lifecycle management.
• Identity and Access Management concepts, including Single Sign‑On (SSO) and authentication services.
• Endpoint management and device administration (e.g., Microsoft Intune).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud.
• Networking fundamentals, security best practices, and compliance awareness.
• Administration of SaaS business applications.
