Accounting Specialist (CPA) – Finance & Reporting

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting Specialist to manage core financial processes, support month‑end close, and ensure accurate reporting across our organization. The role involves handling real accounts, journal entries, and assisting with financial forecasts.

Key responsibilities

• Record regular accounting processes for real accounts and journal entries, ensuring timely monthly closure.
• Prepare reconciliations of real accounts and bank statements.
• Compile trial balances and support the preparation of financial forecasts.
• Provide auxiliary schedules for audit purposes and maintain subsidiary asset ledgers.
• Record and finalize books for joint ventures and assist on finance‑related projects.

Required profile

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Strong knowledge of PFRS and IFRS accounting standards.
• Experience with SAP accounting software; familiarity with Sage is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team‑player attitude with a solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP accounting software.
• Understanding of PFRS and IFRS.
• Knowledge of Sage accounting software (advantage).
