Bilingual French/English Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will assist customers via chat and email, delivering clear and helpful solutions while maintaining a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support in French and English through chat and email.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in French and English.
• At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Organised, reliable and able to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
