About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will assist customers via chat and email, delivering clear and helpful solutions while contributing to a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support in French and English through chat and email.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain precise records.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Share feedback to improve processes and customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading French and English.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
