About the role
The Dealer Manager will lead the development and performance of our dealer network within an assigned territory. This role focuses on expanding dealer partnerships, ensuring alignment with sales targets, brand standards, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers to grow the network.
- Monitor dealer performance against sales targets and KPIs.
- Design and execute dealer sales strategies to increase product penetration.
- Provide training and support on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular market visits to evaluate dealer operations, branding, and compliance.
- Resolve dealer issues promptly to maintain strong relationships.
- Analyze sales data to uncover growth opportunities and address concerns.
- Prepare periodic reports on dealer performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Enforce company policies, pricing structures, and ethical standards.
Required profile
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
- Good knowledge of distribution networks and dealer operations.
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools.
