Key responsibilities

• Inspect orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers promptly and safely within the designated delivery zone.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service in person or over the phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to update order status and follow company standards.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Own a reliable car with valid registration, insurance, and a clean driver’s license.
• Pass a motor‑vehicle background check.
• Own a smartphone with a data plan.

Required skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with the local 2‑mile delivery radius is a plus.
