French Bilingual Customer Support Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance through phone, live chat and email while delivering a friendly and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live‑chat sessions and email inquiries in both French and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and offer effective, solution‑focused resolutions.
• Maintain clear, empathetic communication to build strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Calm under pressure with a customer‑first mindset.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
