French Customer Support Specialist (Bilingual FR/EN | Non-Voice/Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a French‑English bilingual specialist to provide non‑voice customer support in a fully remote setting. You will interact with customers via chat and email, delivering clear, helpful responses that enhance the overall experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, orders, and concerns through chat and email in both French and English.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, step‑by‑step solutions.
• Document each interaction and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality support.
• Share feedback and insights to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce experience is a plus).
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
