French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote, fast‑paced team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat, and email while ensuring a friendly and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier support in French and English through voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, customer‑first resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems.
