French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat, and email.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality support in French and English through voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, customer‑first resolutions.
• Build strong relationships by communicating clearly and empathetically.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent service standards.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
• Reliable personal computer (minimum i5) and internet connection (≥25 Mbps).

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
• General CRM system knowledge.
