French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote, fast‑growing team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat and email while ensuring a friendly and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier support in French and English through voice calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, solution‑focused resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
