French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance through phone calls and live chat while helping to build confidence in our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English via voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them to effective solutions.
• Accurately document all interactions in our support system.
• Share customer feedback to improve processes and products.
• Collaborate with remote teammates to stay aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Complete fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support or a contact centre.
• Patient, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Reliable PC (i5 or higher) and stable internet connection (≥25 Mbps).

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
