French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote customer service team. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and solutions via phone and live chat while helping to build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and resolve customer problems efficiently.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.

• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.
