French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. You will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance through phone calls and live‑chat while helping to build confidence in our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English via voice and chat.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers to effective solutions.
• Accurately document all interactions in our support system.
• Share customer feedback to improve processes and products.
• Collaborate with remote teammates to stay aligned on goals.

Required profile

• Full fluency in spoken and written French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce or tech support.
• Patient, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Reliable PC (i5 or higher) and stable internet (≥25 Mbps).

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
