Fundraising and Grants Coordinator

About the role

The International Budget Partnership (IBP) is seeking a Fundraising and Grants Coordinator to strengthen its fundraising, partnership development, and proposal management capacity. This global, remote position supports the Director of Development and collaborates with senior leadership, country directors, program leads, finance, operations, and communications teams to deliver high‑quality funding proposals and donor reports.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the design, development, and submission of funding proposals, concept notes, and grant reports.
• Maintain a calendar of funding opportunities and ensure timely delivery of all proposal components.
• Collaborate with program and finance teams to gather data, budgets, and impact metrics for proposals.
• Track donor relationships, manage reporting deadlines, and support partnership outreach.
• Assist in preparing donor communications, updates, and stewardship materials.

Required profile

• Experience in fundraising, grant writing, or development within NGOs or international organizations.
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and ability to synthesize complex information.
• Comfortable working remotely across multiple time zones and collaborating with diverse teams.
