Marketing Associate – Senegal

About the role

Cauridor is looking for a Marketing Associate to be the on‑the‑ground reference for its regional marketing strategy in Senegal. You will translate centrally‑defined campaigns into locally‑relevant actions, ensuring brand consistency while providing market feedback to the Regional Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the regional marketing plan in Senegal, adapting content to local language, culture and market conditions.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to inform regional strategy.
• Track and report on local marketing spend against the allocated budget.
• Maintain brand consistency across all Senegal‑market materials and coordinate localisation of social, print, digital and PR content.
• Manage relationships with local agencies, vendors and media contacts.
• Support social media content creation, community engagement and monitor digital performance.
• Plan, organise and run local events, activations and sponsorships, leading partnership marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the Senegal country team and act as the marketing point of contact for Sales, Operations and Compliance.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications or related fields, preferably with event/field marketing exposure.
• Strong understanding of the Senegalese market, media landscape and culture.
• Fluent French; working proficiency in English is strongly preferred.
• Ability to execute a pre‑defined strategy while exercising good judgment on local adaptations.
