Marketing Coordinator (Native French Speaker)

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will support the Global Marketing Team at Global University Systems, ensuring smooth execution of worldwide campaigns and effective collaboration across creative, content and performance teams. This operations‑focused position is ideal for a native French speaker with strong organisational abilities who thrives in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate global marketing projects by tracking timelines, deliverables and dependencies to keep campaigns on schedule.
• Serve as the central point of contact between regional stakeholders, creative teams and performance analysts, facilitating clear communication and brief alignment.
• Gather and consolidate performance data from multiple sources to support the production of reports and dashboards.
• Maintain shared documentation libraries, archive campaign assets and assist with onboarding materials for new team members.
• Organise and, when needed, lead face‑to‑face calls or virtual meetings to clarify briefs and resolve misalignments.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with an excellent command of English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Linguistics, Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management or communications.
• Experience in an international or education‑focused marketing environment is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Hands‑on experience with project‑management tools such as Asana or Monday.com.
• Familiarity with Salesforce (a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
