Operations Manager – Supply (France)

About the role

AnyVan is looking for a hands‑on Operations Manager to lead the Supply function for its Transport Partner operations in France. You will own the end‑to‑end partner lifecycle, ensuring that drivers and customers are matched efficiently every day.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, retain and ensure compliance of Transport Partners (TPs) against monthly accreditation targets.
• Manage the signup‑to‑first‑job funnel, removing blockers and running 30/60/90‑day early‑life management.
• Set up partners on the AnyVan portal and app, guiding them through bidding, accepting, completing and invoicing jobs.
• Maintain accurate TP records and act quickly on compliance issues.
• Drive active TP numbers, churn reduction and segmented contact strategies for top performers, developing, at‑risk and dormant partners.
• Own cancellation rates, on‑time performance and feedback scores, applying a coach‑warn‑suspend‑offboard process.
• Match the right TP to each job allocation, ensuring smooth platform engagement.
