Process Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The role is based on the shop floor, where you will work directly with machinery, data and operators to ensure process stability, quality and continuous improvement. Fluency in written and spoken English is required for daily communication with global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the day‑to‑day performance of manufacturing processes and ensure machinery standards are sustainable and clearly applied.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for assigned technologies, providing technical support to production and liaising with Global Centres of Excellence.
• Promote safety, health and sustainability compliance, support predictive and preventive maintenance, and drive risk‑based process control.
• Maintain product quality and process performance, create and train teams on process documentation, risk assessments and control points.
• Investigate deviations, conduct root‑cause analysis and lead corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead or contribute to complex improvement projects from feasibility to post‑implementation monitoring.
• Analyse productivity losses, develop action plans and share best practices across sites.
• Coach operators and junior engineers, and communicate clearly with production, engineering and support functions.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical background with the ability to act as a SME for processes and equipment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to safety culture and environmental compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and local technicians.
