Process Engineer – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team. You will work directly on the shop floor, collaborating with machinery, data, and operators to ensure process stability, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own manufacturing processes and machinery standards, ensuring they are sustainable and applied on the shop floor.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for assigned technologies, providing technical support to production teams and liaising with Global Centres of Excellence.
• Promote safety, health, and sustainability compliance, supporting predictive maintenance and risk‑based process control.
• Provide hands‑on support for product quality, investigate deviations, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead or contribute to complex improvement projects, from feasibility to post‑implementation monitoring.
• Analyse process losses and productivity KPIs, developing action plans to close performance gaps.
• Coach operators and junior engineers, building technical capability across the site.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English – daily communication with global teams.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with direct involvement on the shop floor.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to investigate root causes and implement solutions.
• Commitment to safety culture and continuous improvement.
