Production Operator – 12‑Month Renewable Contract

About the role

The Production Operator will join a multi‑disciplined team supporting a major FPSO facility in the Senegal‑Mauritania region. Working on a 28‑day on / 28‑day off offshore rotation, the role focuses on safe and efficient startup, operation, and maintenance of production assets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Operations Readiness Plan, especially Control of Work (CoW) development, training and competency.
• Participate in testing operational procedures using simulators and deliver CoW accountabilities.
• Develop MOCs, ORAs, Overrides, and SORAs in line with upstream CoW standards.
• Execute routine operations and maintenance to support startup of GTA assets.
• Provide input for spare‑part procurement and implement preservation and maintenance routines.
• Prepare process, utility and energy isolations, perform integrity checks and pre‑startup verifications.
• Carry out operational processes, maintenance activities and Control of Work tasks according to established procedures.
• Report emerging risks and conduct plant condition monitoring.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of relevant production systems and offshore operations.
• Proven experience operating and maintaining multiple assets in an offshore environment.
• Familiarity with designing and applying isolations and General Operating Certificates (GOC), preferably using eCoW systems.
• Ability to work within a 28‑day on/28‑day off rotation schedule.
