Regional Program Coordinator – West Africa

About the role

ActionAid is seeking a Regional Program Coordinator to lead and harmonise its programmes across West African countries. Based in Dakar, you will ensure that regional initiatives align with the organisation’s strategic objectives while fostering knowledge sharing among country offices.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate regional programme activities and monitor progress against targets.
• Facilitate cross‑country learning, collaboration and best‑practice exchange.
• Provide technical assistance and support to individual country offices.
• Manage relationships with regional partners and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of regional strategies and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in regional coordination or programme management.
• Fluency in both English and French.
