About the role

We are looking for a friendly, empathetic professional to join our remote team as a French‑Bilingual Customer Support Representative. You will interact with French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, helping them resolve issues, track orders, and understand our products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
