About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote team as a French Bilingual Customer Support Representative. In this role you will assist French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, turning inquiries and issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Accurately document every interaction in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and care.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal.
• Comfortable working under pressure while remaining solution‑focused.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
